This page explains the privacy practices for (hereinafter the “site”), and the other services provided by Bonanni Bus (hereinafter “we”).
Below we provide the information required by law relating to the processing of personal data, as required by the European Union Regulation no. 679/2016 (“GDPR”), and in particular to art. 13.
The information is also provided pursuant to italian art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data for those who interact with the web services of the site.

1. Acceptance of the Privacy Policy

We need to process your personal information to manage our company and offer services to our customers. By accepting our terms of use, the user confirms that he has read and understood this regulation, including the reasons and methods of use of the information collected. If the user does not want their information to be collected or processed in the ways described in this regulation, they should not use our services. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of external websites linked to our site.

By using our services, the user is aware that his information will be used by our company in Italy, therefore the legislation followed is the one in force in Italy. It is important to note that in some countries the privacy laws and regulations may be different from those applied in the country where the user resides. We will transfer personal information only to countries where this is permitted by law, and we will take actions to ensure that the user’s personal information keeps adequate protection.

2. Information Collected or Received

During the provision of our services, we collect or receive the user’s personal information in various ways. Some of them are optional, others are mandatory and functional to the website or the requested service.

Information of unregistered users: our company may obtain information (for example, an email address or an IP address) relating to a person who is not registered on our site, through functions of our site such as the contact form. Information about unregistered persons is used only for the purposes mentioned.

Information of registered users (customers): in order to use our services, the user provides a valid email address and some identification data. In special cases, we may ask for additional information, such as billing data, the social security number, an identity document, in order to verify the user and be able to provide assistance and / or comply with applicable law.

Automated information: our company automatically receives, and records, information from browsers or mobile devices of our users during visits to our website, through the IP address or unique identifier of the user’s device, cookies and data relating to pages that have been visited, in order to give us the opportunity to operate. This information is stored in log files and is collected automatically. This information is used to save login settings, analyze and understand visitors. Location information: based on the device used, we can know the user’s location via IP (approximate) or GPS. Using some applications, you can choose to share your geo-location data in order to use map functions. We locate the user to provide specific options according to regional regulations and requirements. If the user no longer intends to share this information with us, he can disable geo-location from his device.

We share geo-location data with third parties (such as our map providers) only for the purpose of providing the user with the requested services.

Analysis information: we collect data in aggregate form, we analyze statistical and technical data to ensure the functionality of our website and improve our services. We do not link information stored in analytics software to any personal information attributable to a user.

3. Messages from us

We may contact the user with e-mail messages as normal activities.

Our website sends to the user automatic messages for the functioning of the services (for example the notification email when there is a reply in the comments). The user can ask to disable notifications.

Our company can contact the user by telephone to provide assistance, or for purposes related to transactions. In addition, communications may be sent by ordinary or registered mail.

4. Use, sharing and communication of information

We collect, use, and share users’ personal information on the basis of legitimate interests, and we do so for the following purposes.

Provide our services: We use your information to provide the products and services of our site, for billing and payments, for identification and authentication, for targeted online and offline marketing, to contact users or stakeholders.

Improve our services: we use user information to evaluate our service and improve our offer and our website.

Information Aggregation: In some cases we may share demographic information with business partners, but it will always be in aggregate form so that personal information is not disclosed.

Our service providers: our company needs to appoint companies and third parties (such as payment managers, Internet Service Providers, analytics and security service providers) to facilitate the activation of services. These third parties have limited access to user information, which they can only use to perform specific activities on our behalf, and are obliged to us not to disclose or use the information for other purposes. Our interaction with service providers is often necessary in order to provide the services to you, particularly where these companies play important roles such as payment processing, web services, and technical assistance that maintain operational and safe our services.

Information made public: on our site it is possible to comment on the blog. Anyone who is allowed to communicate in public space is asked for a name which may even be fictitious, and a valid email which will not be published. It is not necessary to use the comment functionality, but in the event that you do use it, we ask that you use common sense and judgment by posting content and sharing your personal information with others. Please remember that any personal information you choose to submit can be read, collected or used by others, or used to send unsolicited messages. Our site generally does not remove content from common areas, and user posts can remain public indefinitely. 5. Data transfers

Our company does not manage an international service, the data remain in Italy. If the user resides outside of Italy, he is aware that the United States, the Member States of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), and other countries, all have different laws.

6. Security

We follow generally accepted technical standards to protect data during transmission and storage. The information in the user’s account is stored in our computer systems and is not accessible to the public.
Our website encrypts information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and has a DV certificate provided by Let’s Encrypt. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed as 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect users’ personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Storage

We keep the user’s information in the time necessary to provide the services to the user. If the user no longer wishes to make use of his information, he can request its removal.
We retain information to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example, if we were required to withhold user information to comply with applicable tax laws), resolve disputes and enforce our contracts, and in ways otherwise described in this regulation. We also keep log files for internal analysis purposes. These log files are generally kept for a short period of time, except in cases where they are used for the security of the site, to improve its functionality, or where there is a legal obligation to keep them for longer periods of time.

8. User rights

The user can contact us by email or telephone to ask us for all personal information concerning him, and we can provide a copy in an easily accessible format.

The user may choose to withdraw consent to the processing of his information on our part by sending an email to and request that personal information be deleted. The cancellation is permanent.

Cancellation will not be granted in cases of protection of our interests, for legal or public interest reasons.
